UPLB Nanotechnology Program
Because nanotechnology can only be effectively harnessed if there is a convergence of scientific discipline, UP Los Baños as a premier institution of higher learning in agriculture and forestry and as center of excellence in the basic sciences and engineering, is taking the lead in ensuring its full utilization for improving agricultural and forest productivity as well as food and environmental safety and security through a coherent, interdisciplinary nanotechnology R & D program involving collaboration across all disciplinal areas of science and engineering.
